1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays), shipping times may be extended.

3. Shipping Charges


Free shipping is available on eligible orders.
For all other orders, standard shipping fees apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Terrakleen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If you spot an error after ordering, contact us immediately at help@buyterrakleen.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

6. Delivery Delays & Issues


Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or peak demand periods.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately at help@buyterrakleen.com with tracking number, photos of the product and packaging. Β 
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
